  <description>well i have a confession i really dont go to the group fitness things i tell my mom. Only casue she doesnt gets as worried. As appose to running for an hour. Well i did that today. 40 minutes on the elliptical and 15 on the treadmill. I always go up to 15 max incline and 4.6 speed and hold on and walk. It burns major calories and firms your legs and butt. You actually can burn more cals that way than running.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Total calories burned 520+147=667&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dont binge not fuck up! thats my inner motivation.</description>

  <description>Im going to see the musical Chicago today. This morning i am going to body combat at 9(its like kick boxing but not) than at 11 my mom and i leave. WE are going out for Sushi so i can eat low cal there usually i get the soy beans and Squid salad. or a the tuna. Yesterday was alright. I told my self i wasnt going to purge and eat really good so that i wouldnt....nope it didnt work out like that. Its like i have to be busy casue if i just sit around i get all hungry. So i think later today i am going to get some beads and start back on my beading. That will keep my mind off it. I mean homework is all fun and stuff but really i am tired of homework.</description>

  <description>So i was bad. I thought i was doing do good i ate just a salad with mostly veggies and a few bits of Chicken. Well my mom showed me that she bought my favorite cookies. There called Me-Del there really good chocolate cookies no tran fat or hydron oil stuff just under 150 for 5 of them. But i ate way to many and than honey roasted peanuts to fig bars and 3 rice cakes. I needed to rid it of my body but my mom was still here. I think luck was on my side. My mom ran out of stamps and she needed them to mail her bills. So she left to do that which gave me a nice 10 minute gap to purge. and i did. But my throat hurts casue rice cakes and peanuts hurt. Later today i have to take me kitty to the vet for shots. hopefully he is good my mom is going out to dinner with her frinds at 5:30 so when i come back i will wait till she leaves and than go to gym and work out.</description>

  <description>I didn&apos;t work out yesterday. I hate how un productive you feel when you don&apos;t work out. But today i got up early and burned i think about 530 calories in the elliptical i was on it for 40 minutes. Later today if i have time i will swing by the gym at my school (i break up from my gym to my schools gym) and work out. Or if i am not to tired later tonight go the my gym cause diff ppl are there after 5 and i feel weird going twice in the same day with the same ppl seeing me. so far i had a but of sugar free Jello and few bites of cottage cheese. I like how after working out i am not as hungry.</description>

  <description>today i am at the U for like ever. I left at 8:30 and ate an apple(80) and half of a ultra yogurt(40( from yoplait. Later i had some ham and low fat swiss (75cal) than a salad with alot of veggies that i will say is about 150 calories i think it was less than that but i am not sure. I would work out at the gym here but it gets to packed and my ipod battery died and i need music to run there cause too many men making grunting nosies its annoying. So for now i am just killing time on the PC trying not to eat anymore.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But yesterday was horrible.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I went out to dinner with my friend and i was really good i had salmon and veggies but i have to have 3 beers. UGh i had to pee reall bad on the way back so i stopped by the mall....Food court. I dont know what came over me but a huge urge to just to eat everything i could think of.  Big cinnabun, pretzel,, Blizzard and candy i felt like total fatness so i went into the bathroom at the mall. Now the bathrooms in my mall have all the way walls so no one can see your feet. So i purged it all. all of it. than i got home and had more crap that i shouldnt have but i run a bath at night and well you know( so i was safe but not very happy). So it was bad yesterday my throat is hurting. So today i have my massive gum supply and soda. casue i wont get home till 7ish and i have to be here for like 5 more hours.</description>

  <description>I really was risky today with my food. Well i was really worked and worked out till i burned about 520 calories&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i had&lt;br /&gt;My famous Tuna salad that only has 150calories&lt;br /&gt;I was doing good till &lt;br /&gt;2 fig bars total 260&lt;br /&gt;2 otameal cookie 100&lt;br /&gt;soy crisps  45&lt;br /&gt;puffins bar 140&lt;br /&gt;ceral 110 &lt;br /&gt;like 850 calories in like less than 45 minutes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i know right i totally binged and i knew it was bad so i told my mom was going to clean my bathroom. this gave me the excuse to run my bath and fan so i purged it all up. I did it within time allowed too so it wont stay with me. yet my stomach has been hurting lately like gassy and kinda irritated. I dunno whats up with it but i dont like. so yeah that was my day i have to figure out a way to get out of dinner. See living at home is hard casue you cant avoid dinner and i already told my mom i would help cook it so i cant make an excuse to leave for a bit. But the game i on so maybe if i use the napkin trick it will work. I have done it before. oh my. At least this next week all my classes go till like 6:30 and am not home till 7ish so i usually tell my mom i ate before class (that starts at 4:30) so usually i can get her off my case i have some jello or a popsicle. I just have to stop myself from binging when i start having a little this a little that it really gets it going.</description>

  <description>Why are they so damn good&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had shrip fajitias but i ate moslty the onions and a bit of shrimp some grilled zuccini and a little guac. I think i stayed low on the calories i am not sure how many calories are in it but im giving myself 300 than for dessert...god its hard to not want it. I had three sugar free popsicles and a 100 cal snack pack so overall i had about 500 for the night which was okay casue i worked out alot yesterday and i like compensated for the calories i ate. today i am going to work out alot harder to burn off that extra i ate last night.</description>

  <description>I worked out for a bit burned total of 555 calories&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so far i have had about 30 grapes&lt;br /&gt;a bit of a Slim Fast low Carb breakfast bar 75calories&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I went online to this site &lt;a href=&quot;http://channels.netscape.com/ns/living/diet.jsp&quot;&gt;http://channels.netscape.com/ns/living/diet.jsp&lt;/a&gt; and if i consume- 1,189 calories a day i cna safetly loose 4 pounds (105 is the plan) in four weeks. So i have a bit to go but its  good estimate for my max amount of calories i can have in a day. Oh and as far as working out is says &quot;By adding a brisk, 20-minute walk (4.5 mph) 3 times a week you could lose the weight in: 3 weeks&quot; So if i work out everyday for like an hour and make sure i burn at lest 500 each time ill should loose it much faster ;) i am trying now not to vomit so much i really am getting tired of it. I mean ill even do it as school and let me tell ya its hard finding a bathroom on comapus that is a single only. Neway i think my family gets a little suspicous (i know i still live at home) when after meals i take a shower. but it only casue i have to get up early and i cant wash my hair and stuff than. So by working out more i will have less of an urge to purge....that sounds werid. Neway i am suppose to meet my friend later this evening for dinner. Than god for Applebees and their point menu. Every 2 points is 100 calories. so it makes it very easy to eat there. I just have to be careful casue i love beer. So i stick to miller lite (95cals) or Rum and Diet cokes with lime (about80cals)</description>

I feel very alone at times about it. It such a hard thing to stop.
